Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mantraa account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garment in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
